Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 properties and 5 tenants with automated rent collection (5% commission on rent) at no cost. Paid plans also come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards, bank transfers, and mobile money via trusted providers including Paystack and Flutterwave.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. You only pay the monthly subscription cost. Onboarding is free and personalised.
Do tenants have to pay to use the portal?
No. The tenant portal is completely free, your tenants can pay rent, view receipts, and log maintenance requests at no cost to them.
